Volunteers

  • Purpose of data management: recruitment, selection, registration and coordination of volunteers needed for the work of BBM
  • Legal basis of data management: consent, legitimate interest or in certain cases a contract
  • Scope of personal data managed: name, address, phone number, e-mail address of the volunteering private individual and in certain cases information required for recruitment (e.g. interests, qualifications, competencies), other personal data in case of contracting (e.g. mother’s name, date of birth, etc.) In case of company volunteer programmes, we only manage the contact data of the contact person.

Private donors

  • Purpose of data management: registration of the donating private individual and establishment of their donor category (for the applicable gift)
  • Legal basis of data management: consent.
  • Scope of personal data managed: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, consent to appearing on the homepage, sum of donation. In case of company donors, we only manage the contact data of the contact person.

Supporting projects, programmes

  • Purpose of data management: registration of supported individuals and families to be able to support them in an efficient manner
  • Legal basis of data management: consent, legitimate interest or in certain cases a contract.
  • Scope of personal data managed: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, other personal data in case of contracting (e.g. mother’s name, date of birth, etc.), in certain cases other information about beneficiaries (e.g. situation of the supported family, clothing needs of a homeless person)

Newsletters

  • Purpose of data management: provision of information on the work of BBM, our current projects and events
  • Scope of personal data managed: name, e-mail address
  • Legal basis of data usage: consent.

Web store

  • The purpose of data management: sale of web store products and their delivery
  • Legal basis of data usage: consent, legitimate interest
  • Score of personal data managed: name, address (billing and delivery), phone number, e-mail address, clothes size if applicable

Duration of all data management: until withdrawal of consent. The data subject can request all or part of their personal data to be corrected, amended or deleted at any time, without justification or can withdraw their consent to data management. Please send your request to unsubscribe to bbm@bbm.hu. We will take action on correcting, amending or deleting the data as soon as possible but latest within 15 days of receipt of the request.

Information on data sharing

I consent that Bike Maffia Association (1108 Budapest, Gergely utca 116.) as the data controller will share my personal data stored in the user database of bikemaffia.com with OTP Mobil Kft. as data processor. Personal data shared by the data controller is the following: surname, first name, e-mail address.

Information on repeat card payments

Repeat bank card payment (henceforward „repeat payment”) is a functionality related to accepting bank cards provided by SimplePay that means that the new future payments may be initiated with the card data provided by the Customer during the registration transaction, without providing the card data again.

In order to be able to use repeat payment, with accepting this statement you consent that after your successful transaction at registration, your future payments started in this web store (bikemaffia.com) will be fulfilled without typing in your card details again and without your separate approval for each transaction which will be initiated by the Merchant.

Important (!): handling bank card data is according to the card association rules. Neither the Merchant, nor SimplePay can access bank card data.

The Merchant is directly responsible for any repeat payment transactions initiated by the Merchant in error or in an unlawful manner, any enforcement of a claim towards the payment provider of the Merchant (SimplePay) is excluded.
