Kimozdulás az irodából és a társadalmi apátiából
A közvetlen segítségnyújtás mellett a fő célunk a társadalom érzékenyítése és a szolidaritás mellett való kampányolás. Ezt a célt szolgálják a cégeknek szervezett csapatépítő programjaink is, melyek túlmutatnak a tipikus sütögetés-borozgatás-sétahajózás tematikán.
Különböző méretű csoportoknak (10 főtől akár 100 fő feletti létszámig) kínálunk csapatépítő programot, magyar és angol nyelven. A program során bemutatjuk kik vagyunk mi, mivel foglalkozunk, kiket segítünk és hogyan. A résztvevőket egy érzékenyítő játékra hívjuk, melyben ügyfeleink és hétköznapi emberek bőrébe bújva ismerhetik meg a rászorulók helyzetét és kihívásait az életben, és saját magukkal kapcsolatos felismeréseket is tehetnek. Ezután a hangulat oldása érdekében lehetőséget kínálunk az azonnali segítségnyújtásra és együtt ételt készítünk a rászorulóknak, amelynek akár a kiszállításában is közreműködhetnek a résztvevők. Ezen kívül igény szerint sportolási vagy egyéb lehetőséget is biztosítunk, akár Budapesten kívül, kültéri helyszínen is.
Miért jó?
- Mit kaptok ti: jó hangulatot, a rászoruló emberek problémáira érzékenyebb, megoldására fogékonyabb munkatársakat.
- Mit kapnak a rászorulók: tápláló vacsorát legalább százan, vagy megszépült kertet, vagy állatok esetén egy kis szerető gondoskodást
- Mit kapunk mi: újabb kreatív projektekre fordítható forrást
Árak
Az ár a választott programtól és az esetleges extráktól függően 20.000 Ft / főtől
Mit tartalmaz az ár?
- Az alapár tartalmazza a program teljes lebonyolítását, a szükséges eszközök és alapanyagok biztosítását.
- Snacket, üdítőt, kávét, ételkészítés esetén ebédet a készített ételből
- Kérés esetén előzetes tájékoztató anyagot készítünk a kollégák/menedzsment felé
- Oklevelet küldünk a csapatnak a programon készült csoportképpel
- Igény esetén az eseményt közzétesszük LinkedIn posztban

- “Lazacsomag” vagyis ugyanaz a program, csak alkohollal 🙂
Négy különböző programból tudtok választani:
1. Közös szendvicskészítés a Bike Maffia bázisán
Egy interaktív beszélgetés során megismerhetitek a Budapest Bike Maffia történetét, küldetését és jelenlegi tevékenységét. Ezt követően egy közös érzékenyítő szerepjátékra hívunk titeket, végül belekóstolhattok a Vitamin Kommandó esti rutinjába: szeletelünk, kenünk, összerakunk csomagolunk – vagyis legyártunk többszáz szendvicset, majd szórakoztató és informatív kocsma kvízzel zárjuk az alkalmat.
2. Közös sütés-főzés
A közös főzés során a Bike Maffia által biztosított eszközökkel és alapanyagokból készítünk meleg ételt a Bike Maffia Farmján vagy a Konnektor Inkubátorház udvarán. Az előkészítés (hámozás, szeletelés, darabolás) után, amíg fő az ebéd – egy érzékenyítő szerepjáték során különböző emberek bőrébe bújhatunk és képzelhetjük el élethelyzetüket a saját élményeinken keresztül. Az ételből megebédelünk, a többit összepakoljuk, majd később elvisszük egy intézménybe. Végül egy jó kávét követően a belső teremben játsszuk csapatosan a kocsmakvízt, melynek a nyertese a Fortepan különkiadású Tekerj! c. könyvével gazdagabban térhet haza.
3. Állatmenhely látogatása
Budapestről indulva közösen biciklire pattanunk Szentendre irányába, útközben bevásárolunk a menhely lakóinak, majd az Árvácska Állatvédő Egyesületnél a kutyusokkal sétálunk, cicákat megsimizzük, lángosozunk és visszatekerünk a városba.
4. Csapatépítés a Bike Maffia Farmon
Ez a csapatépítő programunk főzésből, esetleg az évszaknak megfelelő kerti munkából, valamint érzékenyítő játékból áll. A közösen főzött bográcsos ételből megebédelünk, majd később eljuttatjuk a megmaradt ételt egy közeli szállóra.
A program akár esős időben is megtartható fedett helyen a Bike Maffia Farmon. A Farm a XI. kerületben található a Felsőörsöd utcában.
Egyéb hasznos információk
- A helyszínekről: A szendvicskészítés a BBM valamelyik bázisán történik a IX. kerületben, rendelkezésre állás függvényében vagy az Élesztő sörház különtermében vagy a Konnektor Inkubátorházban. Mindkét helyszín tömegközlekedéssel megközelíthető.
A főzés a Bike Maffia Farmon (XI. kerület), illetve a Konnektor Inkubátorház udvarán kerül megrendezésre. - Minden program gyerek és kutyabarát. Gyerekek számára iskolai önkéntes szolgálatot le tudunk igazolni.
- Átutalással vagy a helyszínen kártyával fizethető.

TEAM BUILDING WITH BUDAPEST BIKE MAFFIA
Out of the office and the social apathy
Besides direct helping, our goal is social sensitization and campaigning for solidarity. The team building programs drafted for companies are serving this purpose too by going beyond the barbecue-wine-cruise thematics.
We can offer team building programmes for division of ten to hundred in Hungarian and English as well. First, there is a short introduction of our projects and the people we help, then we invite you to put yourselves in the shoes of our clients and average people. This way you can get a picture of the challenging situations people in need have to face every day and also draw new conclusions about yourselves.
After this educating-sensitizing game, we lighten the mood by giving a chance for immediate help and make sandwiches for people in need. We deliver the sandwiches to shelters at the end of the day, you can also take part in the delivery, if you feel like joining us. We can also provide you a chance to do some sport activities or any other indoor/outdoor programmes, even outside of Budapest.

What is included in the price?
- All costs of the programmes, including the necessary equipment and materials
- Snacks, soft drinks, coffee. If we cook together for people in need, the hot meal is also included in the price.
- We can provide informational materials in advance for your collegues or the management of the company.
- We send a certificate for the team and also a group photo taken at the event.
- We make a post of the event on our LinkedIn page (optional)

You can choose from four different programs:
1. Sandwich making at the base of the Bike Maffia
You can get to know our story, mission and projects as part of an interactive discussion. Then we invite you to join an educating-sensitizing role play and finally you can try our Vitamin Commando’s routine: we slice, spread and wrap – in other words we make hundreds of sandwiches for people in need. The last activity of the day is a funny pub quiz.
2. Cooking and baking
Bike Maffia is providing all the tools and the ingredients for the hot meal we are making together at the Bike Maffia Farm or in the garden of the Konnektor Inkubátorház. After the preparing (peeling, slicing, chopping), we invite you to put yourselves in the shoes of other people and face some of the challenging situations they have to face every day.
After having lunch, we pack the rest of the food to make it ready for delivery later in the afternoon. Following a nice coffee, we play a funny pub quiz in one the rooms of the shelter and the winner will be rewarded with a Hungarian-English biking album published by Fortepan and Bike Maffia.
3. Visiting an animal shelter
Starting from Budapest, we jump on our bikes and go to Szentendre to the Szentendrei Árvácska Állatvédő Egyesület’s animal shelter. We walk the dogs and pamper all the animals living at the shelter and also bring them some food.
On our way home, we stop in Szentendre to eat ‘lángos’ and have a rest and then cycle back to Budapest together.
4. Team Building at the Bike Maffia Farm
Bike Maffia is providing all the tools and the ingredients for the hot meal we are making together at the Farm. After having lunch, we pack the rest of the food to make it ready for delivery later in the afternoon.
You can also do some gardening – if you feel like – or you can get to know our story, mission and projects as part of an interactive discussion, then we invite you to join an educating-sensitizing role play.
Although it is an outdoor programme, in case of poor weather it can be held under the terrace.
The Farm is situated in the 11th district (Felsőörsöd Street).
Useful information:
- Locations:
sandwich making – at one the bases of Bike Maffia in the 9th district (seperate room in Élesztő Sörház or Konnektor Inkubátorház). Public transport provides easy access to both locations.
cooking – at the Bike Maffia Farm or in the garden of Konnektor Inkubátorház - All programmes are child and dog friendly. We can also verify community service hours for high school students.
